At this existing 34,000 square foot school, both the abatement and all new construction were completed in ten weeks (summer vacation). Construction included all new interior partitions, ceilings and floor finishes.

ARC was the architect & CDG was the construction manager for a comprehensive remodeling and asbestos abatement effort.
